A house is a structure where someone lives, a home a can refer either to a building or to any location that a person thinks of as the place where a person lives and identifies as theirs. Our customization process transforms that house into your home. Place Homes is committed to building quality homes in the Michiana area. Our focus throughout the building process is providing superior customer service and value pricing for every home.
Although putting a mission statement on paper is easy, putting it into action is what we do best. Our experienced staff stands ready to make your building experience the most enjoyable it can be. We do the old fashioned way- we communicate. When the process is complete and you’re enjoying your new home, you will understand the difference between a house and a home.
Started in 1994, we have enjoyed great successes in the Michiana area. We couldn’t tell you how many homes we’ve built because we build them one at a time. We really don’t care to be the biggest builder in the area- just the best!
