Why does pH matter? The pH of water is one way that water affects the human body. A drinking water high in pH (or Alkaline) is believed to be better for your health. People with gastic relux, or mouth, throat, or esophagus pain often find high pH water helps them have less symptoms. It is said that illness cannot live in an alkaline (high pH) body! Clear Alaskan Glacial water's natural alkalinity averages 7.8-8.2 pH- a leader in the bottled water industry. A pH above 7 is considered alkaline. Tap water's pH is generally 6.8 or acidic. Many bottled waters on the market today are artificially made high in pH. The effects of this are not well known.
Choose natural. Drink Alaska!

In Alaska, it’s always fishing season. 🎣🍁
So why would anyone drink bottled water? Well, not everyone has access to decent tap water. This is true in Seattle - and even in Alaska. Some people can’t have or don’t want chlorine and fluoride in their water. Folks on the go traveling, hiking, camping need portable hydration. And some folks know that all natural water is better for their fitness and health. Whatever your reason, if you choose bottled water - choose an all natural water. If you live in Alaska, support a local business. And wherever you are, please recycle the bottles you use so that the plastic is made into another bottle.
Happy Halloween from all of us at Clear Alaskan!
