This is what we call FUN! A little about this case...

This is tooth #29 (three canal premolar) with a trifurcation. A trifurcation is when 1 canal extends from the pulp chamber and divides into 3 separate canals. Prevalence is only 0.4% is mandibular 2nd premolars.

This CBCT scan is the key to negotiating all 3 canals with a conservative approach. 🥳🦷
