Together, We Could Breathe New Life Into COPD Care
Living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) can be hard. But, by working together, we might be able to improve the quality of life for those living with the disease. That’s why we’re looking for diverse volunteers to take part in a clinical trial that will assess how safe and effective a new investigational drug is in reducing COPD flare-ups or exacerbations.

To qualify, you must:
Be between the ages of 40 and 80 years old
Be diagnosed with COPD for at least 1 year
Have had two or more moderate or severe exacerbations in the last year
A moderate COPD exacerbation is defined as new or increased COPD symptoms that need treatment with steroids and/or antibiotics
A severe COPD exacerbation is defined as new or increased COPD symptoms that lead to hospitalization (for more than 24 hours)
Be a current to***co smoker or former smoker

To qualify, you must:

Have a diagnosis of plantar fibromatosis AND at least 1 “Hard” or “Firm Throughout”, palpable fibrous nodule on clinical examination and measurable by caliper.
Have unilateral plantar fibromatosis with ≤ 2 nodules in the foot to be treated.
Have current foot pain due to plantar fibromatosis.

SUFFERING FROM NECK AND ARM PAIN?
Emerging Medical Research is participating in a nationwide clinical trial investigating the treatment of Two-Level Symptomatic Cervical Disc Disease (SCDD). The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of prodisc® C SK and prodisc® C Vivo compared to Mobi-C®.

If you are between 18 and 69 years of age, suffering from neck and arm pain due to cervical disc disease or think you might be, and have not responded to non-operative, conservative treatment, please contact us below.

Nearly half of people living with cirrhosis get hepatic encephalopathy (HE). HE is complication of advanced liver cirrhosis that can cause severe episodes of mental and physical decline. Clinsearch is looking to see if a study medicine, rifaximin, can safely prevent HE in adults with advanced liver cirrhosis.

To qualify, to must:
Be between the ages of 18 and 70
Have a diagnosis of advanced liver cirrhosis
Have not been diagnosed with overt HE (a severe form of HE)
Do not experience any cognitive issues due to HE or any other illness
Do not have an active COVID-19 infection
Qualified participants will receive:

Hepatic Encephalopathy and Liver Cirrhosis A study to see if a medicine can safely prevent HE in adults with advanced liver cirrhosis.

Living With Narcolepsy?
The aim of this study is to quantify the change in blood pressure when participants with narcolepsy treated with high-sodium oxybate are transitioned to XYWAV, a low-sodium oxybate. The results of this study may provide health care providers (HCPs), patients, and payers with important new information regarding BP changes related to differences in sodium content between available oxybates for the treatment of narcolepsy.

To qualify, you must:
Be 18 to 70 years of age.
Have a documented diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 narcolepsy.
Have been receiving a dose of high-sodium oxybate (eg, XYREM) of 6 to 9 g/night (inclusive) for a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks prior to screening.
If female, must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
