A little market shopping and a beautiful drive on Sunday.
A needed stop at the local brewery in flagstaff. Great taps, amazing food and good friends. Excellent way to finish a full day of exploring.
A hike to see a different view of Flagstaff. We had so much fun hugging trees,scampering on boulders and catching a great view from above the town.
Recap of Day 2
Downtown Sedona to finding our way to Flagstaff. Of course we spent some time buying crystals & rocks,a must in Sedona. Then enjoyed an afternoon mock tail elixir in a boot of course to the best elk and bison sausage ever eaten and a little gelato to bring us to hot tubing it at our Airbnb into the snowy night.
A quick day 1/2 of Phoenix to Sedona recap. From camelback to one of seven vortex’s in Sedona. The energy of the area was felt and absorbed.

In this workshop, we will take an in-depth look at gait, common foot pathologies - such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammertoes, gait imbalances, and muscular atrophy - and detailed patterns to realign the foot. You will feel an immediate improvement in your gait and walking patterns. This workshop will provide patterns that are beneficial before Pilates/yoga, a run, cycling, or any other activities to feel more grounded and improve performance.

As we transition from Summer to Fall join Teri and Courtni for a 2-hour Cacao, sound bath and meditation celebration. The sacred cycles of nature will be honored with Costa Rican Bri Bri medicinal cacao, a vibrational healing sound bath, meditation, journaling, and light movement.

Day 10 Part 3 Sliabh Liag Cliffs. The sheep were plentiful here and climbing these cliffs with no fear.

Day 10 Donegal for two days was another one of our favorite spots in Ireland. We started the day with a chat with our farm mate then a walk around downtown before we headed out for more adventures.

She will be guiding you through a journey of exploring your body so that it functions better and works to its fullest potential. She is dedicated to bringing you a challenging yet relaxing experience throughout the week were you will explore and become more aware of your imbalances and learn how to fix them through the disciplines of Yamuna body Rolling, Pilates Yoga, Breath and Meditation.
Teri believes strongly in the power of listening to your body and when we truly listen to it, it tells us exactly what to do to be healthier. By the time the week is over you will be guaranteed to feel realigned, have a better understanding of how to move more functionally and to be at peace in the mind .
