🌇 In Cincinnati, we saw a decrease in activity this past week. Oftentimes with a holiday, people are traveling, soaking up the last bit of summer, and agents advise sellers that it could be better to hold off because of this. We expect to see things pick up again this week.

🌴 In Tampa, active inventory decreased, but we did see new listings increasing. Overall less market activity with the holiday.
