Well, today is the day I turn 27.

27 crazy years. It feels like I have been in my early 20s forever. Like most of us, I have made good and bad mistakes. I have changed. The music I listen to, the way I talk, walk, sleep, interact with people. The career I do a living.

I am proud of all I have done and you should be too! We all know the saying we have made it through 100% of our bad days. In this life, that is an accomplishment! SO keep going !

I wanted to add to the "feeling" of Real Estate.

With feelings come high stakes and emotions. As humans, our emotions can be all over the place when doing something we are nervous about when it involves big purchases, changing locations, and a lot of packing tape! How do we manage this?

The best practice when dealing with the emotions and feelings of moving is to take it slow and know you are not alone! As your Realtor, I am here to help! Ease the emotions and let you know what is coming up during every twisty turn of the home buying and selling process. Maintain momentum and know that those keys for your future are just around the corner!

Knowing what the future holds and being optimistic about it is the outlook we NEED to have! Yes, you may be saying bye to your childhood home, your home where your kids grew up, and took their first steps. Maybe it was your first house. We grow attached to these walls, the walls that tell stories of who we are. It is natural to love the scratches on the wall from when you bought that new dresser and the kid's fingerprints on the window. The kitchen where you made new recipes and maybe it came out just right! Maybe it burned so we just ordered pizza instead.

Yes, selling a home is EMOTIONAL! Feel those emotions but know that that memories aren't made in just ONE house. They are made with YOU!
