Come out and join us today at the 3rd Annual Salinas Juneteenth Celebration from 1-5pm at Hartnell College in Salinas!
The theme is "Unearthing the Past, Cultivating the Future." This free event is open to the public and will feature various activities, from live performances and a freedom fashion show to kids' activities, vendors, and community partners. This event aims to highlight our community's Black history, culture, food, music, and businesses.
The history of Juneteenth celebrates African American freedom and focuses on educating people about the importance of this day in our country's history.
