Our mission is to provide the highest level of training to members of the community who hold a position in insuring the safety and well-being of others when dealing with active shooter and trauma events.

💬The point is to gather together as friends, family, neighbors and a community to raise awareness and funds to combat veteran and first responder su***de.
💸💰Last year we raised over $30k! These funds go directly to the prevention and mental health well being initiatives thru Reel Warriors Foundation and VFW-Post 1493 in Frankfort. ❤️🤍💙

Does your child’s school still use lockdown only for active shooter response training?
It is a common misconception that hands-on training is “too scary” for teachers. In reality, hiding with no options is the scary part. Teachers trained in EBRS have consistently given feedback that lockdown training has left them with PTSD, but EBRS has left them feeling empowered and
confident they can help keep their students safe.

Proof of concept - Is Beacon able to train schools at scale? It is the question we get asked a lot.
We just finished training ten different entities over the last three weeks; nine were schools. Two of those schools had a hundred teachers present at each session.
In all, we trained over 500 personnel in active threat response.
We can confidently say and provide proof on demand that we had positive feedback and reviews from each training session.
Yes, we can train schools at scale.
Yes, we can empower our teachers.
Yes, we are ready.

Our concepts have been proven through years of service in both the military and the municipalities in which we work. Our teaching method uses a layered approach which includes classroom instruction, demonstrations, practical exercises, and reality based training scenarios.
