How has the transition to retirement been, and how has BDD assisted with that process?

When I sold the practice, I made a deal with BDD to work for two years. The transition changes your life. You have to get used to a lot of different things like having more time, less stress, figuring out what you want to do with your time. BDD has done everything they told me they would do. When I had problems with situations in the office, I spoke to BDD, and they stood up and delivered what they promised. Bright Direction Dental has been honest and has let me run this practice with autonomy.

"The biggest change was not having to worry about the stress of running a business. Immediately, I didn't have to worry about paying bills, making payroll, paying taxes, basically all the business necessities weren't my responsibility anymore. When that occurred, I was able to spend more time on dentistry and my dental production went up. As a young dentist I thought, what’s the need for this? But if I was a younger dentist, I probably would've been much more productive when it comes to producing dentistry. BDD took about 70% of the stress off or more."
