Construction Laborer Wanted
Paynes Enterprise, Inc. is looking for experienced laborers for our horizontal directional drilling team. We are contracted to drill for utility and communication companies around Virginia.
Applicant must have experience in construction, ideally in utilities or horizontal directional drilling. Experience with excavators, drills, heavy machinery and trailers of equipment a plus.
Applicant will be on site, must be hands-on and be willing to jump in, get wet or dirty.
Applicant MUST have a valid driver's license (no exceptions).
CDL holders encouraged to apply.

Compensation is hourly and paid out weekly.
$17.00-25.00/hour depending on experience.
A benefits package with paid time off and health insurance is available after an initial 90 day probation period.
Our office and shop are both located in Waynesboro VA. 6:30am daily crew meet-up time at our shop location before heading out to the jobsites Monday-Friday.
Occasional travel is involved with paid lodging and per diem.
