Tarlton Properties, Inc., a small real estate investment firm is currently seeking a dedicated hard working Contractor / Carpenter with knowledge of all phases of building to join our current team.
DUTIES (include but are not limited to):
- Drywall/ Finishing
- Framing
- Windows
- Trim/ Cabinets
- Flooring (Ceramic & Laminate)
- Painting
- Siding
- Cement Work
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a vehicle.
- Must have knowledge of all phases of carpentry.
- Must have all your own tools.
- Must have own transportation to get to job sites
- Must be able to work fast and efficient to complete deadlines.
