My TOP 3 ways for staying lean and healthy while having a busy lifestyle ⬇️⬇️⬇️

1️⃣ Mindset- I am always going to preach mindset as a number 1 for anything in life. Without a clear head and understanding for what you want to do, and powerful will power to help you get there, you will never be able to achieve any of your goals. Your mindset sets the foundation for yourself and helps propel you towards your goals. Sure, you may want to have a flat stomach and be strong and be confident in your body year round (which all of these are easily achievable), but you have to realize that it is not going to be easy. You have to find power from within to push you when you’re tired, and to have a purpose for what you want to achieve. Find your why, and work on your mindset first, in ANYTHING you want to do. Not just fitness

2️⃣ Intermittent Fasting- Intermittent fasting is something that I preach in all of my workout plans, because of its superior effectiveness and ability to make getting in shape easier than ever. One thing that makes intermittent fasting super efficient for me is not eating until 12:00 every day. This completely cuts out breakfast, and let’s me focus on my daily activities sooner, so I can get more things done. I don’t need to worry about what I’m eating in the morning, even if it’s simple. Fasting is also very efficient because you don’t have to be so hard on yourself with the foods you eat. You can be more flexible with your diet, because the biggest factor is the TIME you eat, not WHAT you eat. This allows me to stop at in n out, or chick fil a or other fast food places on the go, and not feel guilty

3️⃣ 3x/ week workouts- Last is only working out 3x per week for about 1 hour.If you go to the gym 6-7 days per week right now and are overwhelmed, switch it up to 3x per week, while doing cardio, hiking, or anything active on the days you don’t lift. This has helped me attain a leaner figure, become stronger, provide me with more energy, and open up my work time to work on other things. This is a super great way for any professional to get into the gym and sustain it for a lifetime

I’ve been more motivated and inspired than ever to go after what I want in life. It’s only February, and this year has already taught me so many lessons

You have a limited time on earth, do not take this for granted. Try your best to remove all negativity out of your life. Remove all self limitations. Don’t be afraid to take action and go after what you want in life

You don’t have to conform to the “rules” of society. You don’t have to live your life unhappy. Branch out! Realize how much this world has to offer. How many good people are here. How much opportunity is out there. How blessed you are to even be on this earth today

I encourage you to live a life of gratitude. Live your life the way you want to live it. If you have a passion for something, go for it.

I have never been so convicted in my passion before, and it’s solely because I have found so much happiness with this world and within myself. That is the most important thing. Become happy within yourself first, and use that happiness and energy to attract amazing people, and amazing opportunities. One of my favorite things about real estate is the history of some of these properties. Throughout America and the rest of the world, there are properties that everyone HAS to see when they are in that particular place

Weather it be the Anne Frank house in Amsterdam, the Paul Revere house in Boston, or in this case, the ‘Full House’ house in San Francisco, you can never go wrong with visiting these pieces of history. If they belonged to historical figures, or were the sets of t.v shows or movies that impacted the world, all of it is fascinating to me

Finding it hard to find a place to chill in the HOTTEST market in the COUNTRY...I think this will do

I feel like I’m having deja vu every day out in Arizona. Coming from colorado a year and a half ago, I was leaving a state growing tremendously in population and infrastructure, coupling with a red hot real estate market

Now being in Arizona, the SAME THING is happening. Why? Well, there are many incentives here

First, Arizona is pretty much the last affordable state to live in if you want to be on the west coast. As we all know, California and Colorado both have very high costs of living and aren’t sustainable for many younger families and first time home owners. Therefore, not only are people moving OUT OF California and Colorado to come to AZ, but Arizona is also the first choice for many East coasters migrating to the west

Second, Arizona is very well located and has weather that is appealing to many buyers right now. With California only being a 4.5 hour drive, Vegas 4 hours, and Mexico 3 hours, it makes it very easy to get away for a weekend, or even longer. Many residences in the area use the location to their advantage, venturing to the beach during the hotter months of the year. Then, once fall rolls around, you have the most beautiful weather in the country while everyone else is freezing

Last, Arizona is just getting started. If you come here, you will see the endless development and building all over the state. This is going to result in increasing values and more housing for the rising population

From a personal perspective, I love the transition to AZ. You can’t beat the weather, attractions, events, and west coast energy. It’s fun being able to play golf on January 1st when the rest of the country is inside because it is 20 degrees outside. Overall, the experience is exciting and I personally can’t wait to see where this city is in 3-5 years

Fall is finally here and that came with a drastic shift in weather here in AZ. Went from 115 to Rainey and 80 degrees in a matter of a couple weeks and I’m LOVING it. I officially declare that you cannot use AZ weather as a reason to not live here. 115 outside?? Go chill out in your pool in your backyard and look at the gorgeous AZ views, and 115 is not as bad as you think. TRUST ME!! And then this time of the year comes around, and it’s the best weather in the country in my opinion. I’ve lived here for about a year now, and I can easily say that this place is exactly where I want to be.

Although we all want to help our friends out and get them some deals, you still have to be diligent about it. Like I said, this is one of the biggest transactions of your life. Hiring a friend can result in laziness, lack of communication and lack of professionalism. There is nothing wrong with hiring a friend, but make sure you sit them down first and let them know this is business, and it can’t get personal.
3️⃣ Look at how they market
Real estate is all about marketing. Weather that is getting your name out there, connecting with prospective buyers for future properties, utilizing different platforms to maximize reach, and so on. Take a look at what the agent is doing right now to market themselves and their properties, and this will give you a good idea how they will work for you.

3️⃣ GO NEUTRAL

It is a new week filled with new goals and new mindsets. I encourage you to really strengthen your mindset and the way you envision your life. Your mind is such a powerful tool and is often overlooked by many in terms of how to be successful. You can literally do whatever you want in this life as long as you have the mindset that is right for the life you want to live.

When I left college to peruse the “entrepreneur” rout, I really had no idea what I was doing. But I did have one thing, and that was a vision for where I wanted to be. A vision for where I saw myself 1, 5, 10 years from now. When you have that mindset and have that vision with you, it sticks. And it is extremely powerful. This allows you to start discovering manifestation, and how real and powerful that is as well. The ability to have a thought, and manifest that thought into real life by implementing an action plan on how you will get there. Success starts with your mind, and if you don’t tune in to your mind, you will have a very difficult time getting to where you want to be. Have I reached the point where I was envisioning myself? Hell no. Not even close. But that vision is absolutely still there, and I have taken steps to move closer to that vision. I’ve failed in life more than I have succeeded, but that also means I’ve learned so much about myself through the process. I’ve learned things that work and things that don’t. I’ve learned that as long as you stay positive, stay alert, always be willing to learn and always have that overpowering mindset with you, there really is nothing that can stop you except yourself. Get out there. Establish a place in your mind of where you want to be in X about of years, and do what you can to get there. Believe in yourself and don’t get down on your failures, and I guarantee you that vision will get more clear to you the more you work for it.
