People have been telling me to start bragging online, which I'm not great at, but I'll give it a shot:
We are normally fast, but this file was under the gun for a fast funding, so we did our best. This was a purchase WITH an appraisal. I received the contract on 3/3, clear to close on 3/9, with a weekend in between. Did I mention we have ZERO lender fees?
