In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, 3 partners joined us in purchasing a 7-Unit apartment building in E. Cleveland OH. This week I was flown into Detroit Michigan for some training. I took advantage, rented a car, and drove down to Cleveland to see the property in person for the first time.

The purchase of 7 of the 9 facilities in the Ibex Real Estate Fund - Boardwalk Portfolio has already closed.
The facility boasts high occupancy and the operator plans to expand the portfolio by ~50,000 square feet.
The remaining two facilities are scheduled to close this week. The delay is due to title coordination. Bonus depreciation will be applied and used for the seven facilities we have closed on in 2021. However, the remaining two facilities will have bonus depreciation in 2022.
At this time our first projected distribution is in Q2 of 2022.
The Ibex Real Estate Fund Boardwalk Portfolio offers:
