One of the highlights? We loved seeing hungry turtles return for seconds, telling us how delicious the food was! 🐢💬 To top it off, we were treated to a special tour by a deaf marine biologist at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, learning about their amazing daily work caring for these beautiful creatures. 🐢💙 If you haven't been, we highly recommend visiting—it's the perfect day trip! Soak up the sun, enjoy the beach, and grab some light bites there.

A huge thank you to our family—our parents, mother-in-law, daughter, and sister—who drove three hours to support us. 🚗💨 And, of course, thanks to all the hungry turtles who purchased food and helped raise 4.3% of our sales to benefit the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. 🌊🐢

As a business owner in the restaurant world, I know it’s not an easy job, but we’ve made it a priority to balance our work with our personal lives. With summer wrapping up and school season in full swing, it’s been a busy time for us, especially after our recent catering events—a beautiful private wedding and a pop-up event.

We had the pleasure of catering a small but stunning wedding at an Airbnb beach house in St. Augustine, FL. The family was wonderful, and they truly appreciated the importance of good food, making the day even more special. Our pop-up event was also a success, with most pre-orders picked up and only a few left. Pre-orders have become a key part of our success as a small business, helping us manage our inventory and ensure steady growth.

I am reaching out to request support for my mentor, Chef Mike Drury, who played a pivotal role in my journey to becoming a successful chef and business owner. When I was 15 years old and looking for a job, my brother introduced me to Chef Mike. He hired me as a dishwasher, and quickly noticed my hard work and dedication. Recognizing my potential, Mike moved me to different positions, and I always strived to meet and exceed his expectations.

Mike believed in my skills and potential when no one else did. When he moved to Florida for a better job opportunity, he brought me with him, further shaping my career. I owe my success as a business owner to Mike's guidance and support.

Today, I find myself in an unusual position of asking for help on behalf of Mike. He is facing significant challenges, and I believe he deserves our support. We all experience life crises, and no one is perfect. Despite the craziness of the past few weeks, I remain grounded and determined to overcome challenges, thanks to the love and support I've received.

We know it’s been a while, but we’re back! Balancing work and personal life is essential, especially during summer with the kids out of school.

We’ve been working on our custom BBQ trailer, which is about 86% complete. We were honored to be food vendors at the Eastern Deaf Timberfest in Coppertown, New York. Despite some challenges with the weather, a borrowed smoker, and internet issues, we sold most of our food.

A huge thank you to Thea Amendola Celeste Vernon, Charles Nicholas Vernon , Rick Inabientt, Albert Park, and Thomas C Bauer for their incredible support. Your help and community spirit means the world to us.
