Homeowner painted there built ins this nice deep green. Still needing cabinet handles and all the personal touches.
After: Look at this, got the shower door installed today. Looks nice.
Close in an open living space, that is right inside the front door, this will become a home office. Then build built-ins on office wall for storage and just because they are cool in an office.
Vanity finally usable. Still waiting on the shower door then this project is complete.
First master bathroom remodel of 2024.
Spent a few days working on the Dishaw's basement project. Floor week.
Had some time to kill this week, finally finished off our laundry room. Didn’t cost a thing except time, had paint, caulk and some scrap wood. Look at the full album to see the before photo.
Some good friends asked me to frame in their basement. One thing different than most projects, they both helped. Good assistance and good times.
Project was to inclose a room by the front door entry for a private in-home office, to build custom built-ins with a desk along two walls and add a sliding barn door.
Mater bathroom remodel. New larger shower, new free standing tub, new floor tile. Looks good and updated.
Official breaking in of Bryan and Beckys new deck. Was a great place to celebrate Merica
During: And for desert!!!
When buying mulch from a big box store they normally have pallets w damaged mulch bags on them setting out side. They sell the pallet at a discount. You have to load yourself. Home Depot sold me this mulch for a $1 a bag, I got 25 bags, $25. They sell for $3.95 a bag, cost $100, I saved $75. I’ll load myself for that savings.
Great landscape designer, highly recommend Charlie Swartzell
