There are different ways to practice mindfulness.

1. Take time for yourself - meditate.
2. Positive Affirmations - leave yourself little notes (ex. You got this!).
3. Simple self-care practices - take a soak, a long walk, bury your toes in the sand.
4. Learn to let go.
5. Keep an open-mind.
6. Spend time with people who you matter to and vice versa.
