What items have you replaced in your daily cleaning or medicine cabinet??

This is a very important question- many people ask why we exclusively use DoTERRA over other brands of oils that exist.

They see oils at Wal-Mart, Target, TJMAXX or from other large Oil Companies and are understandably confused. Why pay more? Isn't an oil...an oil?

This is one of the most requested cleaning recipes I have. Perhaps because most people, like me 🙋🏼‍♀️ are scared to death of messing up their granite. Well, this recipe is safe and WORKS so well. And without the fake, headache inducing fragrance of the store bought stuff.

2 oz Rubbing Alcohol

Just a word to the wise...Be careful....Don't use vinegar, Windex or bleach on granite. Frequent uses of these substances will dull the granite and weaken the sealant.

80%. That's the percentage of essential oils that are being distributed in the market place that are ADULTERATED. What the...?! Does that make anyone else a tad bit angry?

So, what does adulterated even mean and how do I know that 80% of oils are categorized as such?

First off, let's chat adulteration. Basically, it means that what they SAY is in the bottle actually isn't. An oil may be marketed as pure, but they dilute with a carrier oil. Perhaps they substitute Cinnamon leaf for Cinnamon Bark. Or maybe they use a different species that is cheaper. You can bet that if a perfumist was involved it's far from the pure plant. They are crafty and know how to make it smell just so.

Bottom line, most companies don't source directly from the distillers or harvesters (like doTERRA). It's a lot of WORK. Utilizing a broker is much easier and CHEAPER. doTERRA has 97% exclusivity. That means noone else has our oils!

Where did I get 80%? A company called APRC, that has tested for more than 50 different companies reported on their results and determined that only 3 companies have consistently PURE oils. 1 of those is doTERRA. Best Essential Oils for Plantar Fasciitis

1. Wintergreen Oil
In addition to providing a nicer scent than your feet produce, wintergreen essential oil can also deal with the inflammation that causes plantar fasciitis. Its analgesic (mild numbing) properties will make it easier to cope with foot pain as well.

2. Peppermint Oil
Not only does Peppermint oil smell great, it can provide analgesic (pain-relieving) effects and can even provide a mild stimulant quality to help you deal with the symptoms of various foot conditions. Peppermint oil is a popular remedy to fight fasciitis pain that occurs at night, making it difficult to obtain restful sleep.

3. Lemongrass Oil
