This is a gentle recovery-focused fitness class designed for new mothers and includes recovery for your pelvic floor muscles and core. We meet weekly for 6 weeks, and non-mobile infants are welcome!

Learn cesarean and perineal scar massage techniques, gentle stretches and how to safely progress movement so you're ready to get back whatever it is you love doing most!

This evidence based class series is approved by doctors and midwives, and is designed for all postpartum women. You may begin this series 10 days after a vaginal birth and 3-6 weeks after a belly birth (dependent on your care provider)
