I’m expanding my massage practice to utilize my breadth of expertise and provide holistic, full-service programs for relief of chronic pain and mobility issues.
I’m not selling anything. I simply want to make sure that what I am creating is on track with where my ideal clients are at.

I work with people with chronic pain such as: back pain, neck, shoulder, hip, carpal tunnel, foot, or other joint pain. The pain can be caused by arthritis, trauma, accidents, sports, exercise dance, chronic stress, scoliosis, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, or aging issues.

INTRODUCTION TO SOMATICS
By practicing Clinical Somatics, you can reverse longtime pain and tensions with conscious movement. The exercises are easy, natural, and comfortable at any age and very useful for achieving better posture, coordination, balance, and flexibility, and stress relief. The practice will benefit athletes, seniors, dancers, yoga and Pilates practice, and for old injuries or repetitive movement stress. The only prerequisite is to be able to get down on the floor.
