When our freezer quit earlier this week, we lost the majority of our holiday flavors that we know you wanted for your family gatherings!
So we whipped up a few batches tonight of Peppermint Stick and Hot Cocoa!

Well friends….this is bad news. We are currently dumping over half our inventory because one of our freezer stopped working overnight 😭😭

Hey there! Hang out with me while I make a batch of strawberry cheesecake ice cream for a graduation party this weekend! 🍓 🍦
The milk, cream, and ice cream base go in the machine and process for 5 mins and 45 seconds. The result is our creamy ice cream in a soft serve form.
Next, we HAND MIX in your favorite ingredients. This keeps the strawberries and graham cracker pieces in tact so you get the perfect bite!
Then, we scoop the finished product into labeled containers and store it in our -30 degree freezer.
The whole process start to finish took about 25 minutes and this batch made about 5 gallons of ice cream!
