CLOSED!! 2x - Not every flip is an HGTV episode full of paint samples and tile. Some are flipped as-is and off-market. No glam, no fuss. Quietly. This neglected ugly 1950's crumbly box is literally the worst house on the charming little street. I found it off-market through my agent network. My investor bought it, then held it for a short time, then turned around an resold for a nice little profit. Plus there is still room for the next buyer to make some money!!! I can't wait to see the transformation.
It pays to know an agent who understands the off-market real estate channels.
