We had such a great crowd that we sold out of many of our items and need a restock and cleaning day, therefore, we WILL NOT be open tomorrow at Metro Eats or DoorDash/GrubHub. Huge thank you to the crowd at Wire Road Brewing last night!! We love coming out to the brewery and providing you with our fresh Italian food and appetizers!! We can’t wait to come back and we hope you all enjoyed as much as we did.

Holy smokes Greater Fair Grove Farmers Market you all showed up for some Italian food tonight and we can’t thank you enough! We sincerely apologize for running out of our fresh pasta 2x, our fresh cut fries, and tiramisu! We also apologize for any extended wait time toward the end of the market as we were stacked up on orders and there are only 2 of us working the truck (which can put a delay on things!).

We can’t wait to come back and we hope you all show up again!!

Good evening everyone! We hope you had a great first week of fall and a good start to the "BER" months! We definitely had a great time getting to see everyone this week and share our fresh Italian food with our fantastic community!

This week we will be in Republic, MO on Friday in the warehouse district off Sawyer Rd. serving lunch and then Saturday you'll want to be sure and catch us at Wire Road Brewing from 8a-9p! We will have our limited edition breakfast menu available from 8-10:30a and then start with our normal menu at 11a! Come out and see us this week!

Wow! What a fantastic day out at Northeast Community Park!! We really loved seeing everyone and celebrating the opening of this fantastic park to the north Springfield community!

We want to apologize to everyone who came by to grab a meatball sub/bowl as we sold out of meatballs fairly quickly today (we made 135 and thought that would be enough)! If you wanted to try a meatball sub but were unable please come by Metro Eats when we are on site for a fresh meatball sub or bowl. Thank you Springfield and the organizers of this event for giving us a try! It really means the world to us.

Happy Sunday to everyone! We hope you had a great week and are ready to kick off (in our opinion) the first week of Fall!!
