We’ve heard you loud and clear: our plans aren’t working for your needs. Starting today, we’re excited to share three BIG changes to help you get the most out of Zapier.

1️⃣ More Zaps: Build as many Zaps as you want on the Free and Starter Plans. We’re removing the limits of five and 20 Zaps, respectively. This means *every* plan offers unlimited Zaps.

2️⃣ More flexible: Pay-per-task billing when you go above your plan’s limit, for all plans. Now, if you go over your plan’s task limit, you can pay-as-you-go for additional tasks used.

3️⃣ More valuable: Filter, Formatter, and Paths by Zapier no longer count as tasks. We want you to build your Zaps the way you want to. This makes your advanced workflows much more cost-effective.

For a long time, we've worked hard to innovate on our products, but we haven't done enough to innovate on price. Today is the first step in making Zapier more valuable to our customers.

This update to the Zap editor makes it easier to build and edit powerful workflows to run your business-critical Zaps.

With the Visual Editor, you can:
👀 Visualize your complex automations: Map out your complex workflows to more clearly see all the different paths an automation could take.

✏️Document and collaborate with team members: Your team can now document notes directly into your Zaps and steps so nothing is lost in translation when editing or adding to a Zap.

🧠Intuitively build complex workflows: Through extensive testing, beta users overwhelmingly said the new Editor was easier to use—especially when building Zaps with paths.

👀 Audit Log: Account owners and Super Admins can see at a glance when Zaps across your account are created, edited, turned on/off, or when owners are changed. You can also filter the page by action type, user, or date range to quickly find what you need.
