Guess what I did?? I resigned with Pampered Chef. I loved it, but needed to take a break. Now I am ready to start again promoting products I use everyday. I can't wait to help stock your kitchen's with the newest tool you never knew you needed.

ALMOND BUTTER
CREAMY ALMOND BUTTER IN 3 MINUTES! THIS RECIPE IS SUPER EASY, BUDGET-FRIENDLY, AND YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE BASED ON DIETARY NEEDS AND PREFERENCE.
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp (45 mL) oil
½ tsp (2 mL) salt
3 cups (750 mL) roasted unsalted almonds
DIRECTIONS
Add all the ingredients to the Deluxe Cooking Blender in the order listed. Replace and lock the lid. Turn the wheel to select the GRIND setting; press the wheel to start.
When the nuts begin climbing up the walls of the pitcher, use the tamper to push the nuts back into the blades. Continue to tamper when the nuts are climbing up the pitcher or if the blades are not blending the nuts.

Grab any of our Choppers and Slicers and throw together this amazing salad! Great for anyone eating low carb!
Italian Cauliflower Salad
1 head of cauliflower
8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
1 cup of grape tomatoes
1 cup of spinach
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup peperoncini’s
1/2 cup black olives
4 oz Genoa salami
4 oz pepperoni
For the Dressing
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of one lemon plus
1 tsp lemon zest
Tsp Salt
Tsp Oregano
Tsp Basil
Tsp Rosemary
2-4 garlic cloves minced
Cracked pepper to taste
Start with a big microwave safe bowl. Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces. Add 2 Tbsp water to bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Drain water.
Add to cauliflower: mozzarella balls, spinach (roughly chopped), tomatoes halved or quartered depending upon size, chopped salami and pepperoni, chopped onion, sliced olives, and peppercini’s.
Prepare the dressing, whisk well, and pour over salad. Mix gently and let marinate in the refrigerator before serving.
