Posted • Just a couple of months ago, Cylda and I started working with our buyer. Today, Hoai got the keys to his new home in the Miramont Villas in North Bethesda. We toured a lot of homes in the first few weeks. This lovely condo was by far one of the best, remodeled, and move-in ready. Cylda got his bond loan approved in record time, and I was able to negotiate a little seller subsidy! It’s a Happy Closing Day indeed. Welcome home, Hoai!

The Miramont Villas is a community of 120 condos built in 1984. It’s in a super location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and very well maintained. Amenities include tennis courts and a pool.

Exciting news for veterans! The VA is addressing the buyer agent commission issue with a new circular set to be released by June 12.
