!!!Must be available during the afternoon. Hours are approximatly NOON - 5PM!!!
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who pays attention to detail and can thoroughly accomplish a task list. You must be available to work during the afternoons, the shifts begin at noon and end at approximately 4:30-5 PM. We are looking for someone who can work about 4 shifts per week, of which Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is needed.
The prep position at the bakery is crucial to the production of kolaches, all of the items that will be prepared assist in producing the kolaches in an efficient manner. In preparing all of the food items used for kolaches it is of the utmost importance to do so within the health and safety guidelines set out by the state of Texas.
The other part of the job that is extremely important to the establishment and the team is keeping the kitchen area organized and clean. We pride ourselves on being a clean establishment and you will be a part of helping us continue to do so.

Baker Position
We are looking for one dedicated individual, who has prior baking and/or foodservice experience. At Dos Gatos we hold a high standard for cleanliness, quality, consistency, guest experience, positive team work environment, our brand, and continuing our culture as a business. *** It is crucial to have Open Availability during bakerās hours both during the week and on the weekend: 230 AM - 12 Noon
Work load will be between 30 and 40 hours per week***
Duties include but are not limited to:
Preparing, making, and baking any and all the kolaches/cinnamon rolls that we produce in the bakery. As well as any of the products used to create any of the kolaches, i.e. streusel, icing, specialty fillings.
Learning to take and produce kolaches for call-ahead orders.
Learning our inventory and helping to properly order through our purveyors so that we have the correct amount of product on hand.
Will need to be proficient in time management, juggling multiple duties, and have a keen attention to detail.
The pay is base pay of $12.50 plus tips. The tips historically calculate to $5 or more.
We are closed Thursday February 3rd and Friday the 4th due to the inclement weather.

We are looking to add another person to our Dos Gatos team. We are looking for someone who loves the hospitality industry, and wants to help people begin their day with a wonderful breakfast and smile.
Morning availability is an important requirement to obtain this job. Availability during the hours we operate is necessary, we open at 6:15 and close at 2, but do not leave until 3:30 or 4 with clean up involved. There are 3 shift times during our hours of operation.
Here is the description of the job we are hiring for:
Front of House / Cashier
You are Dos Gatosā first impression, aside from the tantalizing aroma of fresh baked kolaches coming out of the oven. Each guest that comes into Dos Gatos walks through the doors expecting quality products, timely service and a friendly fun atmosphere. While it is everyoneās responsibility to deliver on those expectations, you primarily facilitate timely service and ensure that a positive guest experience is achieved.
Many of our guests return for these very things. Sometimes businesses miss the mark on giving guests the things that matter most. What may seem simple, in the larger scheme makes you either a great establishment or another company that is serving up mediocrity.
What does timely service mean? How can you create a fun and friendly atmosphere for the guests?
