I had a chat with a business owner recently about growing pains. He was expressing the level of pressure he was feeling as his business was experiencing massive growth. We talked about how much responsibility this was placing on his shoulders and how he wasn’t ready to hire someone to take some of the workload off his shoulders.

𝘐𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘥𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘐 𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘪𝘮, “i𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴?”

And he was puzzled that I was asking, but remained thoughtful.

Truly I didn’t need him to answer the question on the spot, but it created a great journaling opportunity to brain dump and come up with some solutions.

The last few weeks have been jam-packed with events, masterminds and professional development.

Anyhow, on my flight back from Detroit I thought to myself the numerous opportunities that we are presented every day and we tie it directly to cost or affordability.

The reality is that we cannot afford to NOT invest in ourselves. The amount of connections and collaborations we are presented with every single time are totally worth it.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀:
- Everything is content - there's no better time to build content than with other amazing people.
- Feedback on your offers - Oftentimes we create offers where we believe we've hit all the areas. When you have an opportunity to discuss your offers, do it. The feedback is invaluable and it gives you the opportunity to build your Q&A.
- Connections - My coach Renee Hribar always says that every person comes into your space as a Client, Connector or Collaborator. The only way to know this is by getting to know about other people. This alone is the highlight of the event for me.
