Turns out, they are not all the same.
I have since cleaned up my AI cocktail party language, so I won't make that mistake again. If you watch this short clip, you won't either.

If we could point to the single most important turning point in our business... It’s probably the moment we started using SOPs. SOP stands for “standard operating procedure”. It’s just a fancy way to describe a very comprehensive checklist. The idea is that instead of executing tasks for your business personally, you should be writing instructions on how anyone could execute those tasks. SOPs can be used for simple or extremely complicated processes. All the steps a doctor and her team takes before surgery is an SOP. The idea is to generally remove decision making from the person executing the task, and just have them focus on executing. SOPs are usually the single easiest way to scale and grow your business. We fell in love with SOPs, and use them in every aspect of our business. We love them so much, that we turned them into a product. We call it the SOP Library. If you already have an audience in a different social media channel, you can invite them to follow you on your new account by cross-posting content. In this video, we will share an example on how Teachable does this perfectly.
