* This past year I was able to scale through my leaders. The best part about this job is that your leaders want you to be just as successful as them because it brings them success as well. They will do everything in their power to get you to achieve your goals and grow your teams. You just need to put in as much effort as you can personally and they will help you with the rest!
* The most rewarding part of being a team leader is helping others feel the same happiness that I have felt through sales. The freedom it brings and watching others see their potential and what this business can bring is easily one of the best parts about the job!
* Iβve been able to overcome challenges on the doors by remembering that just because you have one day does not mean you will have a bad week a bad month or a bad summer. Donβt let one person day or week change your summer. Everyone will have bad days and you can either let that bring you down or you can forget about it and start new all over again the next day and give it your all. In the end you will look back and be proud of the summer you had.

What Iβve learned most in the Elite Region is the financial aspect. Being around so many successful people helps me realize how much I need to keep working and growing.
The biggest challenge was the start of the season. I was selling 0-1 accounts a day for the first month. The only way I over came being a very sub par salesman was simply a mindset. I realize if couldnβt succeed in door to door I wouldnβt be able to succeed in YouTube or any of my other dreams. So I dialed in and the next week did over 10 k in revenue vs the 15k I did the entire first month.
My long-term goals are to build a massive vlogging channel and invest to do crazy stuff.
