Funny for today!! When showing homes we can occasionally encounter very unique things. Today I showed a home where one of the bedrooms had a sign on the door not to touch the tortoise. Open the door and find a massive tortoise in the room. Too funny!!

The process was very smooth from contract, design meeting and closing. The staff with Davidson Homes was easy to work with at Serenity in Fuquay Varina. This is an amazing community if you want all that Fuquay Varina offers yet be just in the Harnett County side.

This was the last closing for the year which was early December!! What a Christmas present to have purchased your first home!! Congratulations to Bri for taking the leap to buying. I am super excited especially for those first time home buyers. She was a referral from her father who has trusted my advice for some years. It was an honor to help!!
This home is in Willow Spring and if anyone is looking to buy, this is one place I would target due to growth in the area and future.

In the process I was able to meet Zach's parents Brian and Tammy who were there along the way to help Zach make the right decision on his first home recently. The Falletta's had their dream come true!! I have helped multiple family members move to the area so big shout out to Tom and Maria Fleming for being in my corner. A couple year before this closing they were having doubts this would happen for them but I was able to advise them correctly and place them in front of a trusted lender Jeremy Hickok. All the pieces came together and now they own their first coming having made the move from New York to be here. Big Congratulations to them!!

Well, time flew by in 2023. I am way behind on Social Media and Celebration for those I have helped. I definitely look forward to 2024 and helping those I encounter needing a home to buy or sell.
