Jen and I first started working together to build my credit back up after my divorce. She put in the time to help me understand the path I needed to take in order to get best rate to help my kids and I stay in our home. Unfortunately, time wasn't on our side and it became a quick refinance to an emergency refinance. Jen and her team pulled off a miracle in less than two weeks and I'm now the sole owner of my home.
Undoubtedly it takes a team to make magic happen like this but there is also a true hero in this story and that is Jen. Jen went above and beyond just being my Mortgage Loan Originator, she became my teammate in a time of need. She handled calls with my attorney, provided paperwork for the court on short notice, sent emails to opposing parties to help push my closing so I wouldn't incur more fees and she remained positive through the entire process. Most of all she had empathy and understood the amount of stress I was under and took time out of her day, even after business hours to check up on me. Jen gave me the courage not to lose faith and the strength to finish the final pieces of my JOD.
To be honest it was empowering to watch Jen take charge, help guide people outside of her team and still be an amazing human. I will forever be grateful for the gift of a second chance she gave me. Thank you to Jen Schneider and The Mortgage Firm Team!
