When there are a large amount of items that must be liquidated in order to satisfy Probate, Insurance, Bankruptcy or Divorce settlement. What is an "Appraisal" and do I need one? Answer:

An appraisal is usually needed for insurance value, such as in the case of family heirlooms., When an estate falls under probate court and must have a value placed upon it. Or when estates must be downsized or liquidated for any number of reasons: Bankruptcy, funds needed for the care of a loved one, divorce settlement etc...

We provide free consultations by phone or in person for estate sale services. For Estate Sales and Selling services we charge a small percentage of usually 25 - 45% depending on factors such as quality, quantity and time needed to complete the work.
