Are you ignoring your option to rest?

As high achieving she-EOs, coaches and speakers we can easily get caught up in the doing. Many feel like experience and action are the only ways to learn and grow. Trust, we are definitely about that action, however different situations require different approaches. Resting and not doing may be a the best fit and you’re avoiding it.

We don’t just see this within our peer to peer mastermind. We see this resistance in our client hopefuls. They reach out saying they want support, however when we ask them our Trust Call questions, they show that they are afraid to let go and rest. Needless to say, we aren’t a fit.

Resting, yielding, pausing… these are all choices you have to make for yourself. Our EPIC Select call today simply reminded each of us that it’s an effective option for those mature enough to use it.

It’s Gratitude Season…
