I am absolutely thrilled to share the incredible success story of my client who embarked on a hypnotherapy journey with me back in November. Overcoming a lifelong fear of heights was the goal, as he navigates the challenging terrains of the film industry.

Working on set, my client used to grapple with debilitating fear when asked to climb above the set for electrical setups. The sensation of being frozen in fear was a significant hurdle.

Fast forward to last week, and I received the most amazing update. He was not only required to climb and work, but he did it effortlessly, without a trace of his past fears. What's even more incredible is that he not only conquered the challenge but enjoyed the experience!

This is precisely why I am so passionate about what I do. Witnessing transformations like this, where a client not only faces their fears head-on but emerges stronger and more confident, fills my heart with joy.

Now, not only can my client approach each workday with newfound confidence, but he also becomes a beacon of inspiration for others who may be facing similar struggles.

Cheers to conquering fears, embracing new possibilities, and living life to the fullest! Mind Spa Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy

This poem was shared at my sangha tonight. I hope it resonates with you.

On Joy and Sorrow by Kahlil Gibran - 1883-1931
published in The Prophet (Knopf, 1923).

Then a woman said, Speak to us of Joy and Sorrow.
And he answered:
Your joy is your sorrow unmasked.
And the selfsame well from which your laughter rises was oftentimes filled with your tears.
And how else can it be?
The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain.
Is not the cup that holds your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter’s oven?
And is not the lute that soothes your spirit, the very wood that was hollowed with knives?
When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy.
When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.
Some of you say, “Joy is greater than sorrow,” and others say, “Nay, sorrow is the greater.”
But I say unto you, they are inseparable.
Together they come, and when one sits alone with you at your board, remember that the other is asleep upon your bed.
Verily you are suspended like scales between your sorrow and your joy.
Only when you are empty are you at standstill and balanced.
When the treasure-keeper lifts you to weigh his gold and his silver, needs must your joy or your sorrow rise or fall.

The true men of old were not afraid when they stood alone in their views. No great expoits. No plans. If they failed, no sorrow. no self congratulation in success.... The true men of old slept without dreams, woke without worries. Their food was plain, they breathed deep.... The true men of old knew no lust for life, no dread of death. Their entrance was without gladness, their exit yonder, without resistance. Easy come, easy go. They did not forget wherefrom, nor ask where to. Nor drive grimly forward fighting their way through life.

They took life as it came, gladly; took death as it came, without care, and went away, yonder. They had no mind to fight Tao. They did not try, by their own contriving, to help Tao along. These are the ones we call true men. Minds free, thoughts gone, brows clear, faces serene. Were they cool? Only cool as autumn. Where they hot: No hotter than spring. All that came of them came quiet, like the four seasons.
