Prior to entering real estate sales, Sam retired from the U.S. Air Forces after twenty years of serving our country proudly. Additionally, he marketed insurance for one of the top three insurance companies in the United States. Sam has in-depth knowledge and expertise in corporate sales and training.

Initially, Edith pursued a career in health care as a Nurse Practitioner and later ventured into health care and corporate management. During her health care career, her areas of responsibility progressed from “hands-on” practice to corporate management where she developed a love for helping other people realize their dreams and potential.

For several years, we were national and international trainers, Operations and Sales Managers for Buffini and Company, one of North America’s largest business coaching and training companies. During our tenure, we collaborated with franchised, non-franchised and privately held companies that ranged in agent count from 5 to 90,000. As corporate sales representatives and trainers,we worked with regional executives, training directors, company owners and managers to improve agent recruiting and retention. Agent productivity was enhanced and the ultimate goal of increasing agent and company profitability was realized. Much of our success is attributed to our “meet-you-where-you-are” philosophy and hands-on, straightforward approach.

We excelled in the industry by building a profitable grassroots real estate business virtually 100% “by referral” while creating a global referral network. We always strive to provide superior customer service before, during and after the transaction closes. It is our belief that our continued success is the result of our dedication to educating, motivating and serving clients to the deepest level while creating a lifelong business with lifetime advocates. A host of complimentary services to clients with the commitment is to serve them unconditionally.

When not working in the business, Sam enjoys Motorsports activities (NASCAR/Drag Racing/Car Shows), photography and travel. Edith finds pleasure in mentoring, cooking (gourmet and soul food), gardening, travel and the company of her grandchildren.

During our career, we have served on the Board of Directors of the New Castle County Board of Realtors, Board of Directors of the Piney Woods School in Jackson Mississippi and volunteered as a Life Skills instructors at a transition home for women.

Current memberships include the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Delaware Association of Realtors (DAR) and the New Castle Board of Realtors (NCCBOR) as well as numerous other professional and community organizations.
