The good ole' slow draining sinks! Yep.... Just a matter of pulling your stoppers, cleaning all the yuck off of them and the down pipes, then it's back to normal draining sinks again! It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it!

Shower pan drain cover wouldn't stay in place. Another example of a must see item to be able to determine size and type of mounting. This was just a simple snap in place.

Their Office door ripped right out of the jamb! Well a closer look and you can see why... Particle board Jambs???? Now I have seen it all! A few longer screws, into the studs makes a world of difference!
