Congrats everyone!

Just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone that came out Saturday and supported us with our Halloween party Putting on this event is so much more work and expense than people know and it meant a lot to have friends there to enjoy it with us We hope everyone had a great time amd we will be posting pictures and videos in the coming days once we get all caught up
We’d like to thank Teresa Fravel for always being right beside us from start to finish with the 3 days of set up as well as all the planning. Thanks to Scott and Lynette McCartney for taking care of the food !! Thanks M&T Event Entertainment for the DJing, lighting and photo booth. Also a huge thank you to Slicker Graphics for offering up the free wrap to raffle off. Thank you Lisa and John for the “jello” lol
Thanks to the Meadows family for helping with setup and Daren Pingley for helping us tear down. Also thanks to Austin and Alyssa for your help as well as for bringing your great friends to the party.

Remember, we have a special room rate of $95 if you don’t want to drive home after the party. The Strasburg Ramada is in the same parking lot as the party so you can walk to and from. Just mention the Racers and Reapers rate when booking your room and please let us know too so we can keep track of the number of rooms still available

The cutoff date for tickets will be Oct 23rd (or sooner if we sell out) to allow us to properly prepare The last bash had 146 Attendees and we’re hoping to surpass that this year
Your ticket gets you table/seating, music, dancing, appetizers, soft drinks, door prizes, unlimited photo booth, and more. It is BYOB
There will be also be several winners selected for best costumes ( best couple, funniest, scariest sexiest, )

We will be raffling off another “ racers quilt” as well as a full race wrap from Slicker Graphics ($600 value) or $400 cash !!
Round up some friends and crew and come party with us unless you’re too scared !🧟💀. Costumes aren’t required and Kids are welcome
Also we have a discount rate at the Ramada is Strasburg (in the same lot as the party) if anyone wants to stay overnight.
