Is it wrong to NOT like chocolate chip cookies?

It's National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, so I made my family their favorite cookie. Since I, personally, don't like chocolate chip cookies (don't judge!), I also made Brownie Chocolate Chip cookies which IMHO is waaay better. Win-win!  To be honest, I never liked chocolate chip cookies until I started making these for family and friends.  It's almost converted me...almost, until I made the Brownie version. Yum! Both are crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

When I first saw Claude Monet's garden paintings in Paris, I was awestruck. Such beauty and serenity with free, fluid strokes. Since then I have loved lilies and this art style.
This cake was designed for my beautiful mom a few years ago. The flowers were inspired by lilies, though I recently discovered that these are lotus flowers and not lilies.🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

These cookies hold a special place in my heart as they were made for one of my best friends as she was recovering from a health issue a few years ago. I've had a few requests to post stills of these graduation cookies. Personally, I prefer photos over video when it comes to artistic things. I enjoy taking my time to appreciate all the little details an artist includes. After all, a lot of thought and work goes into every piece.
