Saison de Pennsylvanie is back on the bar at our restaurant and taproom in Downtown Lititz! Our updated draft list feature this delicious Belgian-style Saison that celebrates the rich agricultural legacy of our Commonwealth.

Saison de Pennsylvanie clocks in at 5.2% ABV and features floral and spicy aromas paired with a highly carbonated, dry mouthfeel. Local Deer Creek malts were paired with American noble-like hops and American farmhouse yeast to create this basis of this popular brew. No PA-focused beer would be complete without rye and corn, and we were even able to use a very special Hopi blue corn malt for this special beer.

This week's sandwich special is our Chicken Parmesan! This delicious and hearty sandwich features a breaded chicken cutlet topped with red sauce, mozzarella and provolone cheeses, and pesto (nut free) on a toasted garlic roll. Enjoy it while supplies last!

All of our food is made fresh and from scratch. All sauces and dressing are made from scratch. Bread is delivered daily from Philadelphia bakeries, produce is hand selected weekly from local markets.
