It's not as difficult as you might think.

To whomever doesn’t know me personally,

Thank you so much for visiting my page and choosing to learn a little bit about me! I was born and raised in Franklin, Pennsylvania. Shortly before graduation (about 6 months) I moved to Florida and graduated from Clewiston High School. I had already been accepted into Clarion University, so I chose to move back to Pennsylvania and I’ve been here ever since. I didn’t think college was the right choice for me at the time, so i chose to pursue a career in the restaurant industry.

Fast forward 7 years and here we are! I’ve changed career paths, slowly learning to be a father, and I’ve met my person. Nicole and I stay active in the slow pitch softball community; we participate in tournaments in multiple small towns all over Pennsylvania. It’s super fun as a family, good exercise, and helps contribute a number of different small town economies! There’s always new people to meet and talk to; it keeps life extremely interesting.

Over the years I’ve discovered that I have a love for real estate and also working with people. It makes my work day go by faster and more enjoyably when it’s fueled by meaningful conversation (and coffee). I have a passion for finding YOU the right home, or getting YOU the most money for your home; we’ll get to the closing table quickly while laughing and having a great time!

I’m a full time real estate agent with Pro-Market Realty. I specialize in residential real estate working with both buyers and sellers in Clarion County and the surrounding areas.

My goal with buyers and sellers is that we build a bond and a trust with each other. I’m very ‘Real’ (pun intended) and down to earth. I won’t pull any punches; this is the most important financial decision of your life, so I guarantee to represent your needs wholeheartedly.

Specifically, my goal with sellers is to make your home look amazing to potential buyers to ultimately grant you the most money at closing, and to give you the hassle free experience everyone wants while selling a home.

For buyers my goal is to help you find your dream home within your price range, and have a great time while we do it. (I’ve purchased a home, it’s extremely stressful to do on your own trust me.)

I owe all of my clients a fiduciary duty. Meaning: I will always place my client’s interests above all others. You will receive 100% transparency and care throughout the entire process.

I’m young and I’m new, but I promise if you choose me to represent you I will always give 100% effort and keep you updated on every new development in the process. I stand by my slogan: “Keeping the ‘real’ in real estate.” It would be an honor to work with you.
