looks like a million bucks in her fur wrap and silver sparkle fascinator. and I collaborated on the look, choosing a silver metallic straw and a layer of silver netting to draw attention to the silver threads in her dress. A delicately jeweled “branch” and grey feather complete this really fun little hat!

Another gorgeous fashion statement by .keyy. Using her coral dress as inspiration we designed a beautifully shaped percher in coral and covered it with
a cheerful embroidered lace that resembles an English country garden. To give the hat some dimension I added a swoop of silk abaca with additional flowers attached. I love when a hat is as interesting from the back as from the front🎉

Such different styles chosen by for her Mardi Gras events! With the help of we designed some wonderful styles. The scarlet button with the accents of purple velvet and scarlet feathers was such a fun accent for standing out in a crowd. For Queen’s Luncheon, she chose a generous two layered hatinator with a fan in her tones of dusty rose and ivory. And how gorgeous was her dress with the pearls and feathers😍

and .odom looked gorgeous in their coral and pink ensembles at the Queen’s Luncheon. I so enjoyed reconnecting with Ellen at this very special time in her family’s life. Carol certainly exhibits the grace and beauty one would expect from young lady with her training as a ballerina. Her creativity was also on display when she chose a free form sinamay hat- a technique I learned from the incomparable . ❤️

, the Queen Mother (though she looked like a Deb!), and collaborated on the hat design Liz wore with her amazing Queen’s Luncheon dress. It was such fun working with these stylish, creative ladies. 🎉 Her bespoke hat was hand made using French Navy sinamay, an extravagant sapphire Lady Amherst feather, several curled pheasant feathers and a swirl of ivory silk abaca. The combination was suitably dramatic!

The MAMGA Royal Luncheon was the venue for Bria Scott to shine in her blue floral embellished dress which inspired the generously sized blue hatinator designed with blue feathers and vintage veiling. Bria knows what she likes and it was a joy to collaborate with her. ❤️

has a smile that is as beautiful as she is. She was a delight to work with and together we created some fabulous designs for her Mardi Gras events. Here she chose a wonderful vintage suit in tones of dusty rose and metallic gold for the King Elexis I motorcade. . The colors inspired this headband which incorporated the muted rose tones and touches of jeweled gold.

The embellished headband is the latest trend - so easy to wear but so fun! This wonderful raspberry straw is crowned by a fabulous spray of shaped feathers. So comfortable you’ll forget you have it on!

And back to the hat “atelier”! What a color!! Lemon-lime, citron, limoncello, whatever you want to call it - it’s eye-catching! This is a new saucer style for me - large with an elegantly downward brim. The under layer is a creamy white that is flattering to all skin tones❤️

Where in the world have I been?!! Haven’t posted all summer and it’s been a busy one! Just completed a wonderful trip to Provence and Côte d’Azur with my daughter and her dear husband and precious little girls. Two weeks of bliss in a gorgeous part of the world!
