Mon-Fri at 11am. Bayshore and 1st/54th
Sat at 10:30am. Ocean and 54th on the All levels of yogis and yoginis are welcome.
Connect to mother nature while practicing yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation. It is suggested that you bring a yoga mat to class and perhaps a beach blanket/towel for underneath yoga mat
