My son Maiko first solo flight with dad. Super proud of this now young adult. He starts a new journey his junior year. Excited for him with all the amazing opportunities that lie ahead.
As chefs we are always searching for the next “Secret ingredient” call it our XO sauce or secrete menu item.
Part of our jobs as chefs is searching and experimenting with unique hard to find ingredients. As well as thinking out of the box.
We recently had the pleasure to bring our team to@mcevoyranch for a tour. Big Thanks to Emily Lamb for hosting us. We had an amazing time and discovered some new “Chef Treats”.
We used this Thai Lime inspired olive oil to create a new signature cocktail. All made with 100% real Thai lime leaves.
We call this the “Purple Samurai”- tequila, fresh berries, muddled Red shiso, Fresh finger lime caviar, hint of sq**rt and a Thai olive oil floater! Yup you heard it here. Do you know all the health benefits to high quality olive oil? It’s endless.
This drink was refreshing, bright, cleansing and coated our mouth with a rich flavorful finish. Not to mention was perfect for this summer heat.
We have hosted more Hands on Sushi classes than we can count.
As summer is here and us parents are looking for things to do with the kiddos/teens. This is a perfect solution.
Host a sushi class in your home with family. The kids/teens will love it. Keep them engaged and off devices. Our motto is “sushi not technology “. Learn a new skill the whole family can enjoy. Eat your freshly made sushi and engage with them. Life is short, make memories. Eat more sushi 🍣🥂.

I’ve lived in Sonoma for 18 years and have only managed to join a couple wineries.

Caviar & Sparkling @ Scavolini | SUSHIMOTOS Come join us @ Scavolini design center for an educational demo and appetizers. We invite all designers, custom builders, architects, design enthusiasts and foodies. Sushimotos had prepared some awesome small bites.

From Washington, it has a meaty texture with an amazing mouth feel. Buttery and sweet at the same time. We love highlighting local companies and using what is near us.

This property deserves the best! Nestled in the vineyards with a garden we poached strawberries from.
Dinner included for starters a roasted garlic miso soup, truffle Edamame.
Followed by two sashimi plates then an array of amazing nigiri. Following by an assortment of sushi rolls. Only to finish with our Passion fruit crème brûlée and a strawberry confit

What was in your Kentucky Derby menu??
We proudly did the following-
1. Mini spinach, bacon and Parmesan cheese quiches with smoked salmon roe and caviar by 🙌👏
2. Deviled eggs with crab, yuzu tobiko and chives.
3. Smashed baked heirloom mini potatoes with aged cheddar, sour cream, bacon and Culattelo crisps by@ woodlands charcuterie

4. House made Pimento Queso, pita chips and Crostini’s.

Chefs choice nigiri and Rolls-including.
Sea trout with Meyer lemon aioli, yuzu tobiko, Blue fun Tina with caviar, Albacore with Negi, unagi.
Hokkaido scallop ravioli stuffed with hamachi toro, avocado with ponzu and yuzu oil.
Torched rolls-spicy tuna, cucumbers topped with Tru-Toro and hamachi, avocado topped with Tru-toro.
3 types of Sake. A junmai from , a nigori sake and a sparkling sake from .
We source as local as possible and support local.

As private chefs we have worked in more than 100 Wine country Estate homes. From all the Lux properties to private travel concierge homes and beyond.
This home is on top of Sonoma Mountain road. And we mean on top… with an elevated gain of 3,000 ft and a 3 mile steep incline for a driveway.
One you pull into the dual driveway leading to a path into a master two car garage.
