Wakefield Family Medicine is a full service medical clinic. Our family medicine team cares for people of all ages, newborns through seniors, including OB.
At Faith Regional Physician Services, we understand that your family’s health is your number one priority. Services include X-ray, lab, minor surgical procedures, joint injections and laceration repair. Open Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
