Roasted this 90 lb pig today for a Retirement / Birthday party delivered to Macungie. the butcher Butterflied the pig ( wasnt supposed to be) but it turned out great.

Just some Random pics from our Red , White & Blue Crabs IV celebration. We Roasted an 85 lb pig, whole gator, 1 bushel #1 Blue Crabs, 30-40 lbs snow crabs, 20 plus lbs of shrimp, lobsters, 1000 middle neck clams, 10 lbs of mussels, corn, potatoes, sausage mushrooms...
