Looking for a different way to relax and find comfort? Join us at the Grief Center for drop-in pet therapy hour with our volunteer animal therapy teams. Join us the first Thursday of each month to meet different animals, expect pets and cuddles. All ages welcome with guardian present.

Join us each Thursday at 1 p.m. for our Weekly Guided Meditation, led by volunteer Sarah Silvi! Sarah is a Certified Somatic Breathwork Teacher and Holistic Coach residing in Old Hickory, TN. She is passionate about helping people incorporate practical mindfulness techniques into their busy days so they can live a more aligned, healthy life.
