Ancient Healing For Modern Health
Sharing a FREE offering from one of my favorite wellness teachers, the highly respected Roger Yahnke. He is not only a doctor of Oriental Medicine, he is a wonderful teacher who has dedicated his life to spreading the word that "QI (ENERGY) IS FREE," and "THE BEST PRACTITIONER IS WITHIN." I would love to hear if you benefit and/or what you think of his offering. 😊https://theshiftnetwork.com/Activate-Your-Intrinsic-Healing?utm_medium=affiliate&utm_source=infusionsoft&affiliate=18576
Thich Nhat Hanh has passed. Memorials that can be watched and/or created in a group are on this FB site. I breath deep breaths of gratitude for his offerings that have helped me greatly. Wanting a salute, yet this emoji is close enough. 🙏
What a great way to spend an unexpected schedule opening. I highly recommend the app!

As an acupuncturist, sleep is something I discuss as a powerful healing mechanism with everyone I treat. It’s a perspective from Chinese medicine as well as my simple and most wise grandmother. When I stayed up late in my twenties and told my grandmother I would take a nap to make up for it, she said, “You know, you can never get that sleep back.” Her words resonate with all I’ve learned since. For those more persuaded by science that folk wisdom:
