"Men of Brotherhood, Character and Endeavor." Phi Chi Epsilon is the oldest local fraternity in the state of Wisconsin.

Founded in 1921 on the ideals of brotherhood, Phi Chi Epsilon seeks to contribute positively to the social, intellectual and emotional growth of its members through brotherhood.
